- Partner closely with editorial, SEO, HR, and leadership teams to enable seamless execution and alignment with business and traffic priorities

- Continuously improve workflows, processes, and tracking systems to enhance speed, quality, and scalability of operations

- Monitor team performance and take data-driven actions to improve output, reduce inefficiencies, and strengthen overall execution

- Support hiring and onboarding by aligning team capacity with business needs and improving time-to-productivity for new joiners

- Maintain strong visibility on key operational metrics, ensuring a balance between output, quality, turnaround time, and cost efficiency

- Strong ability to work with analytics tools and dashboards to track key metrics and performance.

- Capable of interpreting data, deriving actionable insights, and translating them into clear, outcome-driven narratives for decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in Operations / Business roles

- Proven experience managing operations across organizations with 300-1000 employees in fast-paced, high-growth environments

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and data tools

- Strong problem-solving, structuring, and execution skills

- High ownership mindset with attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

- Experience working in a Founders' Office / Strategy / Chief of Staff role

- Background in high-growth startups or content/media companies

- Degree from premium B-schools or top-tier institutions

- Familiarity with sports media / digital publishing ecosystems
