Key Responsibilities:

- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from proactive sourcing and rigorous screening to seamless selection, offer closure, and successful onboarding within TAT.

- Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand business needs, role expectations, and the ideal candidate profile for each position.

- Ensure clear communication and stakeholder alignment, managing expectations and timelines throughout the hiring process.

- Drive innovative sourcing strategies that go beyond conventional platforms (e.

, linked-in, job boards) including tapping into professional networks, talent communities, forums, and passive candidate outreach.

- Understand the GIS industry, technologies, and role nuances thoroughly to effectively engage and evaluate candidates.

- Be a passionate advocate of GIS technology and effectively "sell" the companys mission, projects, and tech stack to attract top-tier talent.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs by proactively engaging potential candidates.

- Follow structured selection processes with utmost professionalism and integrity to ensure fair, unbiased, and high-quality hiring experience.

- Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate journey by managing all recruitment touchpoints including interview scheduling, timely communication, feedback coordination, and maintaining high levels of employee engagement throughout the process.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS and provide timely reports and recruitment insights.
