
Job Duties:
- A relentless pursuit of the burndown of each sprint to bring the most valuable items for our customers to fruition.
- Leadership of team to ensure exceptional service.
- Active partnership with Product Manager to advance the suite of applications.
- Hands on participation in developing within Salesforce and other force.com applications.
- Active participation in the refinement of the teams' backlog.
- Provide leadership in the continuous improvement of the scrum team.
Required Education And Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of seven (7) years of experience, inclusive of Salesforce development, team leadership, and people management.
- Strong experience supporting applications in shared or virtual environments.
- Experience with SQL DBMS interface and integrated tools.
Required Skills And Attributes:
- Demonstrated ability to develop solutions within SalesCloud (and ServiceCloud).
- Ability to speak directly to Finance and back office staff with sound financial acumen and process knowledge.
- A solution-oriented style of conversation with a customer-centric approach to problem solving.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with Product Owners to ensure technical implementation is able to meet immediate business needs while being flexible for future changes.
- Ability to recount tales of shepherding and advocacy.
- Collaboration amongst teammates to clearly define and estimate user stories.
- Demonstrated professional integrity.
- Dependable, flexible, and adaptable to new ACA initiatives and changing client needs.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task and prioritize effectively.
