We are seeking a dynamic professional with over a decade of experience in building, scaling, and managing strategic partnerships with Microsoft or other hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) in the data analytics domain.
This role will be instrumental in driving joint go-to-market initiatives, co-innovation programs, and ecosystem expansion to accelerate revenue growth and digital transformation for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Alliance Management:
- Own and grow executive-level relationships with Microsoft and other hyperscalers
- Define and execute joint business plans, GTM strategies, and co-sell motions
- Drive alignment across sales, marketing, product, and partner teams
Data & Analytics Ecosystem Development:
- Identify and develop scalable solutions leveraging Hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Collaborate with internal data science and engineering teams to co-create offerings
- Lead joint solution development and marketplace integration
Revenue Acceleration & GTM Execution:
- Drive pipeline generation through joint campaigns, events, and enablement
- Monitor KPIs, partner scorecards, and quarterly business reviews
- Expand footprint across industry verticals through strategic initiatives
Innovation & Thought Leadership:
- Represent the company at Hyperscaler forums, summits, and partner councils
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in cloud, AI, and data analytics
- Evangelize partnership success stories internally and externally
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Hyperscaler alliance management, preferably with Microsoft
- Proven track record of scaling partnerships in the data analytics or cloud space
- Deep understanding of Azure, AWS, GCP platforms and their partner ecosystems
- Strong business acumen with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience with co-sell programs, marketplace listings, and joint solutioning
- Familiarity with data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Synapse, BigQuery)
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
