What You'll Own

Marketing Strategy + Execution


- Craft and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy for enterprise and SME segments.


- Define Eshopboxs brand positioning, narrative, and voice.


- Drive execution aligned with sales, product, and customer success teams.

Demand Generation


- Build scalable inbound engines: SEO, content, email, webinars, case studies.


- Collaborate on outbound and ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts.


- Set up and optimize performance marketing channels with strong attribution.

Content + Product Marketing


- Create compelling product narratives across ecommerce verticals and segments.


- Lead product marketing for new features, integrations, and GTM initiatives.


- Turn customer insights into marketable collateral and thought leadership content.

Team + MarTech Setup


- Hire and lead the first set of marketing specialists (content, growth, performance).


- Establish processes for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.


- Deploy marketing tools and analytics to drive decisions and efficiency.

Who Were Looking For


- 5 - 8 years in B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing, ideally in early or mid-stage companies.


- Proven ability to craft and execute full-stack marketing strategies.


- Deep understanding of modern marketing tools, frameworks, and analytics.


- Exceptional written and verbal communication.


- Strong execution mindset with ability to operate in an on-site, fast-paced environment.


- Bonus: Background from Tier-1 colleges (IIT/IIM/ISB/BITS) or high-growth startups.
