Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Manager of Strategic Partnerships to build, manage, and scale our partner ecosystem.
This is a full-time, work-from-office opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Partner Program Management: Own and execute the entire eShipz Partner Program strategy.
- Partner Acquisition: Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, including Logistics Consultants, smaller 3PLs, regional courier companies, and e-commerce enablers.
- Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with partners to drive mutual growth and success.
- Co-Marketing & GTM: Collaborate with partners on co-marketing initiatives, joint go-to-market strategies, and other collaborative activities.
- Enablement & Training: Create and deliver training and enablement programs to ensure partners are well-equipped to represent and sell eShipz solutions.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance, providing regular updates and reporting to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a partnerships, business development, or similar role, preferably in the logistics, supply chain, or SaaS industry.
- Strong network in the logistics or e-commerce space is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships
