Role Description:

This is a full-time onsite role based in Bengaluru.

As a Finance Manager at eShipz, you will oversee the financial health of the organization.

Key responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasting, analysing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance and provide strategic insights to support business growth.

Qualifications:

- Strong expertise in Budgeting, Financial Planning, and Forecasting

- Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Reporting, and Data Interpretation

- Strong expertise in MIS Reporting and MCA Complains.

- Experience in managing Regulatory Compliance and Audit Processes

- Familiarity with Accounting Software, ERP Systems, and Financial Tools

- Proficiency in GST and TDS Filing

- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills

- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage deadlines

- Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field

- Professional certifications like CPA, CFA, CA

- 2-5 years of experience in a finance management or similar role
