We are a climatetech startup. It is a cloud-based software to help making industrial manufacturing sustainable. Through its AI and blockchain enabled cloud-based software, it helps industrial companies measure, report, certify and reduce CO2 emissions / ESG performance

The revenue model is based on SaaS subscription fees. Our primary focus is on industrial manufacturing led companies. Geographically, India, Middle East and Southeast Asia are in immediate focus, with EU and North Asia being mid-term focus areas. Pilot clients include large steel, automotive and utility companies. The company is headquartered in Bangalore.

Key responsibilities:

- Research sustainability regulations and compliances, translate into product requirements, client services and knowledge documents

- Define ESG strategies e.g., materiality assessment, criticality assessment for clients.

- Develop end to end ESG/ sustainability reports for clients, aligning with global frameworks

- Train colleagues and clients on various ESG topics

Key requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience in the ESG & sustainability space with leading consulting firms, sustainability focused organizations.

- Experience in developing ESG strategies and reports for 5+ clients

- Familiarity with ESG reporting standards (GRI, BRSR, CSRD, Sustainalytics, CDP)

- Experience working with industrial manufacturing companies is preferred

- Very strong on problem solving, communication, quantitative analysis
