ESG Delivery Lead - Mohali

Location: Mohali

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. As the ESG Delivery Lead, responsible for overseeing the governance of all ESG programs under the ESG Centre of Excellence (COE).

2. Serve as a Functional and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Sustainability, ESG, international disclosure frameworks, and sustainability standards such as ESRS.

3. Experienced in conducting Climate Risk and Opportunity Assessments, ESG Reporting (GRI, BRSR, etc.), and ESG Ratings (EcoVadis, DJSI, etc.).

Additionally, have carried out Environmental Impact Assessments and a certified CII Sustainability Assessor.

4. Possess a strong technology background with expertise in implementing ESG disclosure tools and understanding IT systems.

5. Develop action plans with ESG KPI owners and lead data capture processes to ensure reporting readiness. Manage ESG ratings, the end-to-end Palm Traceability process, and Water Data Management initiatives for the Environment team.

6. Oversee and drive implementation of ESG program action plans while ensuring data quality through KPI-level governance checks and validations. Design data templates for KPI-level data collection and reporting across multiple frameworks and disclosure requirements.

7. Continuously monitor global ESG regulatory developments and voluntary disclosure trends relevant to the org. Support the Environment team in KPI reporting and water data management.

8. Lead responses and delivery for various ESG programs, manage governance meetings, and serve as the Scrum Master for the ESG COE.

9. Facilitate ESG data assurance processes and drive capacity-building workshops across teams.

Qualifications and Experience :

1. Min 10 years of experience

2. MBA or Engg

3. ESG related certification is a must.
