Key Responsibilities:

Sustainability Reporting:

- Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports in accordance with GRI 2021 Standards.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to ensure accurate and meaningful reporting.

- Collaborate with the client to gather necessary information and insights for the report.

- Assist the client in developing and enhancing their sustainability reporting processes.

ESG Management:

- Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.

- Conduct ESG assessments and audits of operations and supply chains.

- Identify and close gaps in ESG practices and compliance.

GHG Calculation and Reporting:

- Calculate and report greenhouse gas emissions in compliance with international standards and frameworks.

- Develop and implement decarbonization strategies to reduce the company's carbon footprint.

- Monitor and report on the progress of GHG reduction initiatives.

Training and Development:

- Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness and understanding of ESG and sustainability practices within the organization and at the client site.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in ESG and sustainability.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 7 Years of Total Work experience.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG and sustainability roles, with a focus on the mining industry.

- Proven expertise in sustainability report writing as per GRI 2021 Standards.

- Strong knowledge of ESG principles, GHG calculation methodologies, and decarbonization strategies.

- Experience conducting ESG assessments and audits.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

- Proficiency in data analysis and sustainability reporting software.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with other sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., SASB, TCFD, CDP).

- Experience with environmental and social impact assessments.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to mining and environmental protection.

- Certification in ESG or sustainability-related programs is a plus.

- Knowledge in developing and refining sustainability policy.

- Knowledge in designing and Implementation of EESG framework.

- Prior experience in preparation of Annual Sustainability report.

- Facilitate report writing for Suitability Awards.
