Position Overview:.
- We are looking for experienced Sales champions with a strong background in selling complex, enterprise-level solutions.
- The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in consulting and solution sales, with expertise in e-governance, Digital Banking, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
- This role requires a strategic thinker who understands how to position solutions that align with client needs and deliver impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives in the areas of e-governance, Digital Banking, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
- Identify and engage with potential clients, focusing on consulting-led solution selling rather than just cloud or data center services.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to address clients' business challenges.
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions proposed are viable and deliver maximum value to clients.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes in the fields of governance, enterprise solutions, and cybersecurity.
- Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders in target organizations, including government agencies and large enterprises.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and RFP responses that showcase our unique value proposition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing high value deals.
Skills required :
5+ years of experience in a sales role, ideally within consulting firms
- Strong understanding of enterprise solutions, Digital Banking, cybersecurity, e-governance, and the digital transformation landscape.
- Proven success in developing and managing client relationships at the senior executive level.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, with a solution-focused approach, and to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
