Job Overview:

- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Female Field Marketing Manager to join our team in Delhi.

- The candidate will be responsible for generating leads through digital and offline channels, nurturing prospects, visiting customer sites to pitch ESDS's products and solutions, and collaborating with the pre-sales team to close deals.

- The role demands excellent communication, strategic thinking, and a proactive approach to drive business growth in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise segments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute lead generation strategies through digital marketing ( social media, email campaigns, webinars) and offline channels ( industry events, seminars, and networking).

- Identify and target potential clients in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.

- Leverage market research to identify new opportunities and trends in the assigned segments.

Customer Engagement and Pitching:

- Visit client locations to present ESDS's products, solutions, and value propositions tailored to their needs.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.

- Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase ESDS's capabilities.

Lead Nurturing:

- Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, addressing client queries, and providing relevant information to move prospects through the sales funnel.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted content and campaigns to support lead nurturing.

Deal Closure:

- Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.

- Assist in negotiations and ensure smooth closure of deals while meeting client expectations.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands in the Government, BFSI, and Enterprise sectors.

- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to enhance offerings and strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

- Track and report on lead generation, conversion rates, and campaign performance using CRM tools.

- Provide regular updates to the management team on pipeline status and market insights.

Event Participation:

- Represent ESDS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote brand visibility and generate leads.

- Organize and coordinate events, workshops, or seminars to engage potential clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience:

- 3-6 years of experience in field marketing, business development, or sales, preferably in the IT services, cloud computing, or technology solutions industry.

- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals in Government, BFSI, or Enterprise segments.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- An MBA is a plus.
