Role Overview: We are seeking a results oriented and self-driven Project Manager with a strong background in end to end project management, cost optimization and co- ordination among various key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will lead cross- functional initiatives, manage budgets, and drive operational efficiency across projects.

This role requires strategic thinking, financial acumen, and hands-on project execution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end project planning, resource planning, execution, and delivery within defined timelines.

- Strong change management capabilities.

- End to end venture building: Opportunity Identification, Concept, Management Buy-in, Development, Pilot Rollout, Handover

- CXO & Stakeholder Management

- Digital Transformation Programs, Customer Satisfaction

- Prepare and present financial reports, variance analyses to stakeholders and build dash boards with the help of IT team

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project profitability and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project management with a focus on financial oversight and cost control.

- Proficiency in project management tools and handle large data.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP certification preferred).

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in managing large-scale or multi-location projects.

- Familiarity with lean methodologies or Six Sigma.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
