- Driving Sales, armed with a deep understanding of Consumer Behaviour, Insights and Analytics.

- Leading the Brands Digital marketing Strategy

- Directing and supporting Market Research collection, analysis and interpretation of data for long-term and short-term market forecasts.

- Identify competitors, evaluate their strategies and positioning, and devise counter strategies.

- Proven experience in handling Marketing Teams including Digital, Advertising, Communications & Creative

- Collaborate and extensively engage with various external Marketing Agencies.

- Manage key stakeholder relationships.


Day to Day responsibilities:

- Prepare monthly calendar plan for Digital Content for posting and implement the overall digital marketing strategy & Budget monthly/annually as per need.

- Manage the strategy implementation & update concerned authority on progress

- Manage, train & retain the team members & motivate them to achieve desired targets

- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices

- Manage and oversee different digital marketing channels / social media platforms

- Measure ROI and KPIs of team members & appraise

- Prepare and manage digital marketing budget
