Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Retention:
- Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of high-end B2B clients in architecture, interiors, and hospitality.
- Ensure consistent communication through structured monthly follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Monitor order statuses, product feedback, and ongoing satisfaction metrics.
CRM & Ticket Flow Ownership:
- Manage incoming client inquiries (product details, stock availability, order updates) from various channels.
- Use CRM (Zoho) to document interactions, monitor issue resolution, and generate reports.
- Maintain a service-first, solution-oriented tone that reflects the brands high standards.
Growth & Upsell:
- Identify and propose add-on sales or new product recommendations to existing distributors.
- Track client growth trends and contribute to sales expansion through proactive insight.
- Support the international sales team by preparing account insights and summaries.
