- Responsible for growth of banking business at the branch level through business development, customer servicing.
- Also responsible for customer acquisition strategy and establishing / maintaining relationship with high-net-worth individuals/ organizations.
- Accountable for overall administration, MIS reporting and compliance and service quality at the branch.
- Profile Graduation (regular) or PG in any discipline with 8+ years of Experience in Banking operations & managing regulatory requirements.
- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills are must.
- Team building and team management skills are the most valued traits.
