Role Overview:
- We are looking for a proactive and highly organized HR, Operations & Founders Office Manager to work closely with the founders and leadership team.
- This role owns end-to-end HR, people operations, compliance, founder support, and internal coordination, while also supporting finance, communication, and special projects.
- The ideal candidate is hands-on, discreet, people-centric, and thrives in a fast-paced startup environment.
Role is full-time, 6 day per week.
[in-office role from Monday to Friday, with a WFH option on Saturday].
Key Responsibilities:
- Employee lifecycle management, engagement, culture, and wellness initiatives.
- Performance management: goals, appraisals, reviews, and productivity tracking (timesheets, efficiency).
- Employee relations and HR query resolution.
- HR administration, payroll inputs, records, and compliance.
- HR policy creation, rollout, and adherence.
Operations & Compliance:
- Compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Client documentation and service agreements support.
Founders Office & Executive Support:
- Personal concierge and priority execution support.
Finance Coordination:
- Liaising with CA firm for payroll and statutory compliance.
Communication & Events:
- Drafting emails, reports, presentations, and internal communication.
- Planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and retreats.
Special Projects:
- Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and employee lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- High ownership, discretion, and execution mindset.
- Startup or fast-growing company experience preferred.
