Role Overview:

We are seeking a CA - Compliance Manager to oversee statutory, regulatory, and corporate compliance for a manufacturing organization, ensuring full adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Statutory & Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, FEMA, and other statutory requirements.

- Monitor changes in laws and implement compliance controls accordingly.

- Prepare and manage statutory filings and regulatory documentation.

Corporate Governance & Controls:

- Strengthen internal controls and compliance frameworks.

- Support internal audits, risk assessments, and process improvements.

- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Reporting & Governance:

- Prepare compliance MIS, audit reports, and management updates.

- Assist in developing SOPs and compliance checklists.

- Support board and management on governance matters.

Requirements:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in compliance/regulatory roles.

- Exposure to manufacturing sector compliances preferred.

- Strong understanding of statutory and corporate governance norms.

- Excellent coordination and reporting skills.
