ERP Solution Consultant

Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Analyze client business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.

- Configure and customize ERP modules based on business processes and operational needs.

- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements aligned with ERP best practices.

- Prepare functional specifications, solution design documents, and process workflows.

- Coordinate with technical teams for system integrations, custom developments, and data migration activities.

- Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and issue resolution.

- Deliver end-user training and create user documentation and training materials.

- Assist in ERP implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.

- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes and system performance.

- Stay updated with ERP product enhancements, industry trends, and emerging technologies.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.

- 4 to 9 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, support, or enterprise application projects.

- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Infor, or similar solutions.

- Strong understanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, or Operations.

- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, ERP configuration, and solution design.

- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies and project lifecycle management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- ERP certifications and project management certifications will be an added advantage.
