Spectral Consultants is seeking a high-caliber ERP Reporting Analyst to drive data-driven decision making through advanced financial intelligence. In this strategic role, you will lead the design and implementation of financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs, primarily within the Sage Intacct ecosystem. You will act as a "Financial Data Architect," analyzing massive datasets and performing complex sub-ledger reconciliations to ensure the highest standards of reporting accuracy. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of financial acumen and technical proficiency, with the ability to build custom logic-based templates and reusable reporting frameworks that support multiple global ERP implementations.

Responsibilities

- Financial Intelligence Design: Build and maintain sophisticated financial reports, interactive dashboards, and strategic KPIs within Sage Intacct to provide actionable business insights.

- ERP Implementation Support: Support the end-to-end reporting lifecycle across multiple client engagements, ensuring data structures align with best-practice reporting solutions.

- Large-Scale Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret large financial datasets, identifying trends, data anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization.

- Sub-Ledger Reconciliation: Perform rigorous reconciliations between sub-ledgers and the general ledger to verify data integrity and reporting accuracy.

- Custom Template Engineering: Design and develop custom document templates using MS Word (Mail Merge and logic-based formatting) for automated financial statement generation.

- Reporting Framework Optimization: Contribute to the creation of standardized, reusable reporting frameworks that can be scaled across various consulting projects.

- Data Integrity Governance: Proactively identify and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring that all distributed reports meet strict quality and compliance standards.

- Advanced Data Manipulation: Leverage Advanced Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, complex formulas) and SQL to extract, transform, and load data from ERP backends.

- Client-Facing Consultation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex financial requirements into technical reporting specifications.

Technical Requirements

- Reporting Expertise: 6+ years of dedicated experience in financial reporting and dashboard development.

- ERP Proficiency: Mandatory experience with Sage Intacct; additional exposure to NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERPs is a significant advantage.

- Advanced Tooling: Expert-level mastery of MS Excel; proficiency in SQL for backend data querying is highly preferred.

- Template Logic: Experience in creating logic-based document templates and automated reporting workflows.
