
Job Summary:
We are seeking an organized and pragmatic ERP Project Manager to lead client implementations, coordinate with the software development team, support pre-sales activities, and manage projects for the US market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement the appropriate project methodology
- Monitor, track, and report project progress
- Develop communication, risk, and quality management plans
- Manage project constraints: scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and resources
- Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Lead the project team and coordinate with the software development team
- Handle client engagements and project delivery for the US market
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing ERP projects for mid to large-scale clients
- Project Management certification
- Strong presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent time management and team facilitation abilities
- Proven ability to influence, motivate, and resolve conflicts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP platforms is an advantage
