ERP Project Manager - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O

Role Overview:

We are hiring an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead a large-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) implementation for a leading enterprise. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in ERP transformation, finance systems, and enterprise program delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation from planning to post-go-live stabilization.

- Manage project scope, timelines, budget, governance, and risk.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners, and vendors.

- Oversee data migration, system integrations, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.

- Drive change management, user readiness, and business adoption.

- Track project milestones and ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.

Required Skills:

- 10+ years of ERP Project Management experience.

- Minimum two full lifecycle ERP implementation projects.

- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).

- Experience in Finance and Supply Chain transformation projects.

- Knowledge of ERP implementation methodologies, data migration, testing, and stakeholder management.

- PMP/PMI or equivalent project management certification is preferred.

Education:

- BE/BTech/ME/MTech
