ERP Manager

Role Overview:

As the ERP Manager, you will be at the helm of our SAP services, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of our ERP systems. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions. You will be instrumental in driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and ultimately enhancing the overall business performance through strategic ERP management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of ERP projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

- Manage and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP solutions.

- Oversee the configuration, customization, and testing of SAP modules to meet specific business needs.

- Ensure the integrity and security of ERP data, implementing and maintaining robust data governance policies.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize ERP processes and enhance user experience.

- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality SAP services and support.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP processes, configurations, and customizations.

- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of the ERP system.

- Stay abreast of the latest SAP technologies and trends, recommending and implementing innovative solutions to enhance business capabilities.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex ERP implementations and upgrades.

- Proven expertise in SAP modules such as SAP S/4HANA, FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or similar.

- Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into effective SAP solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

- Must have 15-22 years of experience in ERP implementation and management with a strong techno-functional background.

- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore.
