
Role Overview:
As an ERP Manager based in Kanpur, you will serve as the strategic lead for the organizations enterprise resource planning ecosystem. You will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of ERP initiatives, ensuring that technology platforms align with complex manufacturing workflows and business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional department heads and executive leadership, you will translate operational needs into scalable IT solutions, directly impacting the efficiency, data integrity, and decision-making capabilities of the entire enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the end-to-end implementation and optimization of ERP systems to streamline manufacturing processes and improve production throughput.
- Define and execute IT strategy to ensure that technology infrastructure supports long-term business scalability and operational agility.
- Manage complex IT projects by coordinating between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Establish robust IT governance frameworks to maintain compliance, security, and data integrity across all enterprise platforms.
- Oversee comprehensive data management initiatives to provide actionable insights for leadership and improve organizational reporting accuracy.
- Lead day-to-day IT operations, ensuring high availability of systems and proactive resolution of technical bottlenecks within the manufacturing environment.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale ERP deployments within the manufacturing sector, with a proven ability to bridge technical requirements with business outcomes.
- Strong command of IT project management methodologies, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex system integrations.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of articulating technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influencing executive decision-making.
- Deep understanding of IT governance and data management principles, ensuring systems remain compliant and data remains a reliable asset for the business.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site environment in Kanpur, maintaining a hands-on approach to operational challenges and team leadership.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of professional experience in IT leadership, preferably supported by a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related management discipline.
