ERP Manager - Construction Industry

Hiring : ERP Manager | Construction Industry | Leadership Role

We are looking for a seasoned ERP Manager to lead end-to-end ERP strategy, implementation, and performance optimization for a growing construction-focused organization.

This is not a support role.

This is a business-critical leadership position that will align technology with operational excellence.

What Were Looking For :

- 5+ years of experience in ERP systems and software development leadership

- Proven experience managing full-cycle ERP implementations

- Strong background in relational databases (preferably Oracle)

- Expertise in system integration and application architecture

- Experience leading ERP/software teams

- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

Construction Industry Experience Preferred :

We are particularly interested in professionals who understand :

- Project management workflows

- Job costing and resource allocation

- Construction data management (budgets, materials, labor, equipment)

- ERP systems tailored to construction operations

Additional Advantage :

Experience with analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau), Microsoft Dynamics, Python, and knowledge of corporate finance.
