ERP Manager

Location: Chakan, Pune

Key Responsibilities:

ERP Implementation & Integration:

- Lead the implementation of new ERP modules and upgrades.

- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and third-party applications.

Business Process Optimization:

- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement optimized processes.

System Administration & Support:

- Oversee ERP system administration, including security, backups, and troubleshooting.

- Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues.

Project Management:

- Manage ERP-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations.

Reporting & Analytics:

- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decision-making.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation, support, and management (preferably in India).
