Role Summary:
We are seeking an ERP Functional Consultant - HR to support HR operations and act as a liaison between the IFSCA department, departmental nodal officers, and Systems Integrator (SI) teams.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing HR modules within ERP systems and a strong understanding of HR processes such as attendance, payroll, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand IFSCA department requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SI teams.
- Serve as a bridge between IFSCAs departmental nodal officers and SI engineering staff to ensure seamless system implementation and support.
- Provide functional support for HR modules including attendance, payroll, employee management, and other HR operations.
- Interact with end-users to gather enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolution.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing), system validations, and training sessions for HR module users.
- Document requirements, process flows, and functional changes in alignment with system implementation.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system stability, data accuracy, and smooth HR operations.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience as an ERP Functional Consultant for HR modules.
- Strong functional understanding of attendance management, payroll processing, leave management, and employee data management.
- Experience working with SI/vendors for ERP implementation, support, or enhancements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset for problem-solving and process optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Exposure to government/regulated environments (IFSCA or similar).
- Previous experience in ERP platforms such as Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Ramco, Workday, or similar HRMS systems.
