Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ERP Functional Consultant Finance who will act as a key liaison between IFSCAs departmental nodal officers and the System Integrator (SI) team. The role involves supporting finance-related modules, resolving user issues, and ensuring smooth configuration and functionality within the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with IFSCA departmental nodal officers to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP functionalities.
- Serve as a bridge between business users and the SIs technical team for issue escalation and resolution.
- Provide hands-on support for the Finance module, including troubleshooting and functional analysis.
- Interact regularly with end-users to address queries, capture requirements, and provide functional guidance.
- Support configuration activities within the Finance module to ensure alignment with business processes.
- Monitor module performance, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to enhance system productivity and efficiency.
- Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), documentation, and training sessions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- MBA in Finance with 3-5 years of experience in ERP functional consulting, preferably in financial modules.
- Strong understanding of core Finance processes such as AP, AR, GL, Budgeting, Asset Management, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience interacting with end-users and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze issues, propose solutions, and work with technical teams for implementation.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Attributes:
- Prior experience supporting government/regulated industry projects is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP tools such as SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics, or other financial modules.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder expectations.
