
Corporate Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Sales - Growth & Alliances to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in acquiring new business clients, optimizing sales pipelines, and driving revenue growth.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to lead generation, and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Actively acquire targeted business clients by optimizing sales pipelines and sourcing new leads until successful engagement.
- Lead Management: Schedule appointments with qualified leads, deliver product demonstrations, handle objections, and guide prospects through the sales process.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure consistent lead generation through outbound and inbound calls to potential customers.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships by understanding clients' needs, explaining product features and benefits, and addressing any concerns.
- Database Management: Create and maintain an organized and up-to-date customer database to ensure seamless follow-ups and customer interactions.
- Sales Conversion: Convert leads into sales by effectively closing deals and consistently achieving sales quotas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
- Responsible for End to End Sales
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in corporate sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- Proficiency in sales pipeline management.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong desire to achieve targets.
- Candidate from Tier I & Tier II College (B.tech / MBA)
