Position - ERM & Data privacy Responsibilities : Enterprise Risk Management : - Supports the ERM function regarding all aspects of the enterprise-wide risk management program. - Contribute to continuous improvement and maturity of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework, policy, and processes - Drive Implementation of ERM policy, processes, and various initiatives - Facilitate identification of organization level risks, by keeping a tab on external events and disruptive trends - Effective facilitator to identify risks and their mitigation for various functions/departments - Liaise with various stakeholders to facilitate resolving the issues/risks - Periodically review risk policies, procedures, reporting templates, and framework to ensure everything is up to date. - Perform Risk assessments across business and enabling functions on ongoing basis. - Data Protection - Learn and assist in ensuring that personal data is protected and that our work complies with global data protection legislations. - Work with key internal stakeholders in the review of compliance with applicable data privacy laws - Perform data privacy risks assessments and audits on ongoing basis. - Provide guidance and educate employees on data protection compliance requirements. - Deliver training across business units in handling or processing personal data. - Maintain records of data processing activities within the organisation
