Our Exciting Opportunity: We are currently seeking a People Business Partner (PMO) to spearhead the People function's Project Management Office. The selected candidate will be responsible for effectively managing projects within the People function, ensuring that they are aligned with both company wide and functional priorities. Working closely with the Head of People, the People Business Partner (PMO) will collaborate with the People function to gain a comprehensive understanding of their overall requirements and program manage the strategic initiatives and projects that align with these needs. You will be: - Overseeing the process of project request prioritization, ensuring timely reporting for future project/program management and consulting requests across the People function. - Actively participating as a member of the People team in managing projects, programs, and other business initiatives. - Fostering best practices, knowledge sharing, and close collaboration within the People team. - Producing decks that provide leadership with insights into ongoing and planned People function projects. - Proficiently reporting on the overall progress of projects through reports and dashboards. - Continuously evolving and enhancing the purpose, engagement, framework, and deliverables of the People Project Management Office. - Supporting and promoting the Company's value behaviors and focus areas through new project interventions. To be successful in the role you must have: - Executive MBA or similar course in 'HR' or 'Projects Management with prior experience in HR' - 3-6 years of experience of preferably working in People (HR) function - A broad understanding of People (HR) processes & disciplines knowledge - Hands-on understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint & Word) - Experience in using project management systems - Excellent written & verbal communication skills Additional Requirements: - Strong analytical and planning skills with the ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Deep understanding of project management in a dynamic organizational environment. - Capability to work with teams that are geographically dispersed. - Proven teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence individuals without a formal hierarchical relationship. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
