We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic e-commerce team, reporting directly to the CFO.

This role is critical in driving financial performance, providing strategic insights, and supporting rapid business growth in the competitive digital marketplace.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare comprehensive monthly and annual Management Information System (MIS) reports

- Develop executive-level financial dashboards for CFO and business leaders

- Create detailed variance analysis comparing budgets, forecasts, and actual performance

- Generate monthly Profit & Loss statements with in-depth business unit analysis

- Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and achieve strategic goals

E-Commerce Financial Operations

- Manage complex sales returns, credit memos, and invoice processing workflows

- Oversee order cancellation matrices and revenue recognition policies

- Execute daily bank reconciliations and cash flow management

- Handle multi-channel payment processing reconciliations (credit cards, digital wallets, BNPL)

- Ensure compliance with e-commerce accounting standards and marketplace requirements

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

- Lead monthly and quarterly forecasting processes

- Develop KPI frameworks aligned with e-commerce metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)

- Support annual budgeting and strategic planning initiatives

- Conduct scenario modeling for business expansion and market penetration

Process Improvement & Audit

- Lead internal process audits and identify operational efficiencies

- Implement automation solutions for repetitive financial tasks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial workflows

Required Qualifications

Education & Certification

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- Alternative acceptable: CA (Chartered Accountant), ACCA, or MBA with Finance concentration

Experience Requirements

- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive finance experience

- 3+ years in Finance Manager or similar role

- 2+ years in e-commerce, retail, or digital marketplace environment

- Proven track record in high-growth, fast-paced organizations

Technical Skills

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets - Pivot tables, complex formulas, financial modeling

- ERP Systems - Zoho, Tally or similar enterprise software

- BI Tools - Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent reporting platforms

- E-commerce Platforms - Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, marketplace analytics

Analytical & Communication Skills

- Exceptional analytical abilities - Complex data interpretation and trend analysis

- Executive communication - Present findings to C-suite and board members

- Cross-functional collaboration - Work effectively with Marketing, Operations, and IT teams
