Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate should be performance-focused, data-savvy, and creatively inclined to drive measurable results across Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Email & WhatsApp Marketing, and Social Media.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage ad budgets, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and overall ROAS.
- Use Pixel, UTMs, and conversion tracking tools for performance attribution and campaign refinement.
SEO & Organic Growth:
- Lead end-to-end SEO strategy including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits and implementation.
- Coordinate with content teams to publish SEO-optimized blog articles, landing pages, and website content.
- Monitor rankings, site speed, indexing, and crawlability using tools like Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Develop and implement organic and paid social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube).
- Collaborate with content and design teams to align visuals and messaging with campaign objectives.
- Monitor engagement metrics and optimize content calendars based on performance.
Email & WhatsApp Marketing:
- Develop and automate email and WhatsApp marketing workflows for lead nurturing, engagement, and retention.
- Segment customer data to deliver personalized and behavior-triggered messages.
- Monitor open rates, CTRs, and conversion metrics to improve campaign effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track campaign performance using Meta Business Manager, Google Ads Dashboard, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Power BI, and Excel.
- Set up and monitor KPIs across all digital touchpoints.
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success in performance marketing and SEO.
In-depth knowledge of:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook Business Manager)
- GA4, UTM tracking, Google Tag Manager
- SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Moz
- Email platforms: Mailchimp, Sendinblue, Klaviyo (or similar)
- WhatsApp automation tools: Zoko, Interakt, WATI, etc.
- Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for campaign analysis and budget tracking.
- Excellent project management and communication skills
