About the Role:
Apty is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager Outbound Automation & Pipeline Generation who will own our outbound engine and drive a scalable and predictable pipeline creation for Apty.
This role is 7080% focused on AI-powered outboundbuilding automated prospecting workflows, crafting pain-led sequences, and generating qualified opportunities.
The remaining 2030% involves supporting SEO + Paid (in partnership with our agencies) to ensure full-funnel performance.
You will define the outbound strategy, build the systems that power it, and execute campaigns end-to-end to deliver predictable pipeline growth.
You will be the operator who turns Aptys GTM strategy into action leveraging tools like Clay, ZoomInfo/Apollo, Dropcontact/Clearbit, Regie.ai, and enrichment workflows to produce high-quality leads and accelerate new logo acquisition.
What Youll Own (Core Responsibilities):
Outbound Engine (Primary Focus 7080%):
- Build and own Aptys multi-channel outbound engine across email, LinkedIn, direct messages, social prospecting, and enrichment-driven personalized touches.
- Set up the full outbound stack.
- Create targeted campaigns for buyers.
- Design multi-touch outbound cadences blending email, LinkedIn, content touchpoints, and personalized research-based outreach.
- Build personalization logic, filters, and scoring models inside Clay.
- Constantly iterate sequences based on data (opens, replies, positive responses, booked calls).
- Partner with product marketing to refine ICP, targeting logic, and handoff quality.
Pipeline Growth & Funnel Performance:
- Own pipeline metrics, including MQLs, SALs, SQLs, booked demos, and new logo contribution.
- Improve outreach performance using data-driven experimentation.
- Maintain strong data hygiene and enrichment across all outbound workflows.
SEO & Paid (Supporting, ~2030%):
- Collaborate with our SEO and Paid Media agencies to scale the channels and improve full-funnel performance.
- Contribute to strategy across SEO and Paid helping shape content themes, keyword direction, landing page needs, and funnel improvements.
- Ensure landing pages, messaging, and offers match search intent and audience needs.
- Own performance reviews with the agencies: evaluate whats working, whats not, and where to prioritize efforts.
- Identify new opportunities for growth through keyword gaps, competitor insights, landing page optimization, and high-intent paid experiments.
- Track SEO & Paid KPIs and ensure both channels support pipeline goals and ROI expectations.
Cross-Functional GTM Collaboration:
- Work closely with PMM & Sales to ensure messaging consistency.
- Collaborate on templates, messaging frameworks, and persona insights that improve campaign performance.
- Provide input into content needs, landing pages, and assets that support outbound efforts.
What Good Looks Like (Success Metrics):
Outbound-led pipeline generation:
- 1216 new logos expected from outbound (per GTM plan).
Monthly KPIs:
- 35 qualified demos per month.
- High-quality lead flow with strong match to ICP.
- Reduction in bounce rates and invalid contacts.
Operational excellence:
- Fully functional Clay-led outbound engine within 45 days.
- Highly enriched, segmented prospect lists.
- Repeatable targeting frameworks that are scalable.
Agency leverage:
- Improved SEO rankings for priority keywords and landing pages.
- 5-10 inbound opportunities through SEO/Paid.
Requirements:
- 25 years of experience in Growth Marketing Outbound Automation, in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with outbound tools:
- Clay, Apollo/ZoomInfo, Dropcontact, Clearbit, Regie.ai, Instantly/Smartlead, or similar.
- Experience building automated prospecting workflows (Phantombuster, Zapier/Make/n8n is a plus).
- Strong copywriting skills for outbound messaging.
- Analytical mindset with familiarity in funnel KPIs, attribution, and data hygiene.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and operate at startup speed.
- Bonus: Experience targeting ERP/Finance/Operations personas.
