Role Summary:
Apty is looking for an Enablement Manager to own and run our end-to-end enablement charter for Apty across customers, implementation partners, and new employees.
You will manage our self-serve enablement portal, design learning journeys, and ensure every stakeholder can adopt and use Apty with confidence.
Key Responsibilities:
Apty Enablement Program:
- Design and own the Apty enablement for customers and partners.
- Define role-based learning paths, certifications, and milestones.
- Plan and execute rollout: timelines, communication, sessions, and feedback loops.
Self-Serve Enablement Portal:
- Own Aptys enablement self-serve portal end to end.
- Continuously create, update, and upload content.
- Product walkthroughs, playbooks, checklists.
- Short videos, how-to guides, micro-courses.
- Templates and best-practice blueprints.
- Long and short form guides.
- Keep content structured, searchable, and always up to date with latest version of Apty.
Instructional Design & Content:
- Apply instructional design principles to craft engaging, outcome-driven learning experiences.
- Convert product features and workflows into simple, scenario-based training.
- Standardize formats, templates, and quality benchmarks for all enablement assets.
Adoption & Analytics:
- Define and track enablement KPIs: time-to-first-value, feature adoption, training completion, portal usage, help-ticket deflection.
- Use analytics and CS insights to identify gaps and improve programs.
- Report impact and recommendations to CS, Product, and Leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with CS, Product, Delivery and marketing to align enablement across the lifecycle.
- Support GTM and product launches with aligned training and content.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years in Customer Enablement, Customer Education, L&D, or Product Training in B2B SaaS.
- Strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Hands-on experience designing and building role-based learning journeys and certifications.
- Experience managing enablement / academy / LMS portals and content libraries.
- Ability to translate complex product workflows into clear, practical learning content.
- Comfortable using product and usage analytics to drive decisions.
- Should have experience in technical writing.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Digital Adoption Platforms or enterprise apps (Workday, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, MS Dynamics).
- Prior experience launching a new version enablement program (major product release).
