Equity Valuation Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute and support the team in end-to-end valuation assignments for transactions, financial reporting, and strategic purposes.

- Develop financial models, perform valuation analysis, and conduct scenario/sensitivity testing.

- Support M&A, private equity, and fundraising mandates through research and analytical insights.

- Prepare valuation reports, investment memoranda, presentations, and client deliverables.

- Conduct industry research, benchmarking, due diligence, and transaction support.

What Were Looking For:

- Strong command of valuation methodologies, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Comparable Company Analysis, and Precedent Transactions.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, business fundamentals, and key value drivers across industries.

- Proven expertise in building robust and dynamic financial models.

- Strong analytical mindset, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work in a high-performance environment.

- Experience managing AIF, portfolio, intangible asset, true-up, and international valuations.

- Experience in ESOP / ESAR valuations.
