The company has always been recognized as a research leader within the two operating areas over its existence of close to 25 years.  Company Description: Established in 1999, RocSearch is a UK based firm which provides business intelligence services to a variety of fortune 500 companies and global market leaders across Management Consulting, Financial Services, Marcoms (specifically Consumer & Business Insights), Pharma, Healthcare, Technology/Telecom and multiple other industry sectors.  Role Description: Dream role for candidates who aspire to make a name in the investment banking or equity research space. The role is with the Healthcare Division of the client company, which is headed by one of the TOP 2 quoted analysts on the Wall Street, who is widely recognized as a thought leader within the health care reform space. The candidate would work in close proximity with the Head of Healthcare Division and other team members as a thought partner.  Candidate Profile: We are looking for a highly energetic and bright candidate with a pleasant attitude and strong quantitative aptitude. The candidate has to be a very logical thinker with exceptional communication skills.   - Graduates/ Post Graduates from IIT/IIM with a strong academic background and a CFA (US) degree would be preferred.  - Strong quantitative aptitude and ability to draw inferences from a set of numbers/financials. Hands-on experience in financial modeling is a must.  - 2-5 years of experience in Research/Consulting space. Familiarity with US healthcare industry, especially the hospital sector will be an added advantage  - Strong problem solving skills with impeccable verbal and written communication skills  - High level of proficiency in MS-Office, especially MS-Excel  - Proficiency in research databases such as Thomson One Analytics, Capital IQ, SNL, Highline will be an added advantage  - Will work as an extension of the US Healthcare team therefore, should be willing to accommodate work timings as per the client’s request. Flexibility in timings would be provided by the company.  Job Profile:  - Building detailed financial models from scratch and initiating coverage on companies listed on the NYSE   - Managing and updating multiple financial models on the healthcare insurance industry  - Covering quarterly and annual earnings release of companies under coverage  - Delivering primer calls, explaining the quantitative and qualitative impact of developments in the US healthcare industry on various stakeholders  - Preparing detailed company fact packs and sector reports for investors  - Interacting directly with the client and making presentations to internal/external stakeholders  - Taking up firm level responsibilities like training and thought leadership for BD efforts  If interested, please submit your updated CV alongwith your work samples (a financial model built from scratch, a research piece written end-to-end written by you)  Designation: Senior Analyst/Associate Specialist  Compensation: Higher than the industry standard  Location: Delhi NCR (Noida)  Please mention your current and expected compensation while applying.
