The Opportunity

We are hiring for a leading, fast-growing Private Wealth platform catering to HNI & UHNI clients. The firm is strengthening its research vertical and is looking for a high-conviction Sell-Side Equity Research Analyst to drive stock ideas and sector insights for alpha generation.

This is a high-visibility role with direct interaction with the Investment Committee and senior leadership.

Role Mandate

- Initiate and maintain coverage on listed companies across assigned sectors

- Develop robust financial models (DCF, SOTP, Relative Valuation, Scenario Analysis)

- Publish actionable research notes with clear target price frameworks

- Generate differentiated stock ideas aligned to wealth portfolios

- Track quarterly earnings, management commentary & sector trends

- Conduct management interactions, channel checks & industry analysis

- Support Investment Advisors & RMs with research-backed conviction pitches

- Provide risk monitoring and portfolio updates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) from reputed institute

- 3-8 years of relevant Sell-Side / Institutional Research experience

- Strong financial modelling & valuation skills

- Deep understanding of Indian capital markets

- Strong written articulation & presentation capability

- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership
