Equity Research Analyst - CA

We are looking for an analyst/associate kind of profile, preferably a qualified Chartered Accountant Fresher OR with 1-2 years of work experience at an Equity Research/Investment Firm.

DUTIES:

1. Research:

- Conduct fundamental research and analysis of companies in India and globally (listed, unlisted, start-ups)

- Attend management calls, speak to people in the market to better understand target companies o Conduct valuation exercises via modeling such as DCF analysis to estimate true company valuations o Performance analysis of investments (monthly, quarterly)

- Analyze potential investments in listed and unlisted (VC/PE funds, early-stage ventures / mature businesses) Indian & Global (particularly the US) market on case to case basis

- Co-ordinate with the auditors / GST consultants for any queries during tax filing

3. Other items as required by the company

REQUIREMENTS:

- In depth knowledge of equity markets is essential; knowledge of any other asset classes would be added advantage

- In-depth knowledge of various macro and micro economic factors affecting the market

- Quantitative, Numerical and Analytical problem-solving ability
