Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Equity Research Analyst to lead coverage in the Multi Cap. The role demands deep domain expertise across the assigned sector with the ability to generate differentiated investment ideas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cover listed companies with detailed modeling and valuation

- Track regulatory developments, macro-financial trends, and sector dynamics

- Generate buy-side quality investment ideas across PMS, offshore, and broking platforms

- Collaborate with CIO and portfolio managers on strategy and portfolio construction

- Prepare sector reports and present insights to internal and external stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

- 7+ years of equity research experience (buy-side preferred; sell-side considered)

- Proven expertise in financial services sector coverage

- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills

- Excellent English communication and presentation abilities

- CFA, CA, or MBA (Finance) preferred
