Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities :
- Investigate businesses for long-term investments and gain a thorough grasp of the allocated sectors would be a crucial necessity. analysis of accounting and financial statements, Analytical research, sectoral and macro research, and merger and acquisition valuation are included in the job description.
- The candidate would need to conduct in-depth research on Indian and international businesses.
- Due diligence and peer assessment of businesses and economies would also be included in the function.
- Developing financial models and starting to cover stocks outside of the investable universe on the said companies.
- Analyzing businesses' quarterly and annual performance via participating in conference calls and discussions with management and analysts to obtain important information about the company's essentials to suggest the appropriate course of action.
- To anticipate earnings growth based on forward multiples, do value analyses of companies using DCF, relative valuations, and FCFF yield.
- Taking care of all video/audio needs from a PR and media standpoint appearances, content creation, industry story commentary, and written articles.
Job Requirement:
- NISM Research Analyst Valid Certification is a prerequisite for the position.
- You must also be knowledgeable about various valuation methods and analysis of
- knowledge of financial statements; familiarity with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint; a voracious reader
