Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical Equity Research Analyst to support investment decision-making through in-depth research and financial analysis of listed companies and sectors. The role involves building financial models, tracking market trends, and providing actionable investment insights to the fund management team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct fundamental equity research and analyze companies across sectors.

- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation models, and investment notes.

- Track industry trends, market developments, and macroeconomic factors impacting investments.

- Prepare research reports and investment recommendations for the fund management team.

- Interact with company management, industry experts, and sell-side analysts for insights.

- Monitor portfolio companies and update investment theses periodically.

Qualifications & Experience:

- MBA from Top 5 IIMs (IIM Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Calcutta, Lucknow, Indore) or CA / CFA qualified.

- 2- 6 years of experience in equity research, investment research, or asset management.

- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.

- Excellent understanding of capital markets and financial statements.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Expertise in financial modeling and valuation techniques (DCF, comparable analysis, etc.).

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
