Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-calibre Equity Research Analyst to support portfolio managers and investment teams through deep fundamental research across sectors. The role is sector-agnostic, offering exposure to multiple industries and the opportunity to develop independent investment ideas in a fast-growing investment platform.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical rigour, stock-picking ability, and a passion for public markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct bottom-up fundamental research across listed companies and sectors.

- Build detailed financial models and valuation frameworks.

- Prepare investment notes, earnings reviews, and industry updates.

- Track company developments, results, corporate actions, and regulatory changes.

- Meet company managements, attend analyst calls and conferences.

- Generate actionable stock ideas for portfolio managers.

- Monitor portfolio holdings and downside risks.

- Support due diligence for new investment themes.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.

- Ability to analyse business models and competitive positioning.

- Clear written and verbal communication.

- Independent thinker with high ownership.

- CFA / MBA preferred.

Experience & Qualifications:

- 4-7 years in equity research on the buy-side (MF / AIF / PMS) preferred.

- Strong sell-side analysts will also be considered.

- Multi-sector coverage experience is a plus.

- Demonstrated stock idea generation track record.
