Equity Fund Management Role

Job Purpose:

Lead strategic equity fundraising , manage complex transactions across global markets, and drive investor engagement with deep market insight and execution leadership. Department/Function Reporting Functional Administrative

Location: Gurgaon/Gurugram

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Advisory

1. Monitor global equity markets, regulatory changes, and investor sentiment to inform Deal strategy.

2. Advice clients on valuation, equity story development, and competitive positioning. Governance & Compliance

3. Ensure all transactions adhere to SEBI, RBI, and international regulatory frameworks.

4. Supervise preparation of offer documents, disclosures, and board-level communications. 5. Investor & Stakeholder Management

6. Build and maintain senior-level relationships with institutional investors, sovereign funds, banks, and financial institutions.

7. Conduct high-impact roadshows and investor presentations to drive demand and pricing efficiency.

8. Prepare detailed financial models, investor decks, and transaction collaterals for prospective investors and banks.

9. Drive negotiations with investors and ensure closure of terms in favor of the organization Transaction Oversight

10. Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale equity offerings including IPOs, FPOs, QIPs, rights issues, and private placements.

11. Oversee deal structuring, pricing, syndication, and regulatory compliance knowledge,

Skills & Experience:

Educational Qualifications - MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or an equivalent qualification required.

Relevant Experience - 8 +years relevant experience in Equity Raising

Language Preferred English & Hindi

Skills & Capabilities Required

- Must have successfully closed at least one equity fund-raising deal (private placement, QIP, FPO, rights issue, etc.).

- Strong expertise in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring.

- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.

- Strong network of institutional investors and market participants
