Equity Dealing Head - Stock Broking

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Team Manager Dealing to lead a team of equity dealers, drive business growth, ensure superior customer service, and maintain compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, capital market knowledge, and experience in managing dealing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Equity Dealers.

- Monitor daily dealing activities to ensure smooth execution of client trades.

- Drive revenue generation through cross-selling of investment products.

- Ensure achievement of team business targets and productivity metrics.

- Maintain high standards of customer service and client relationship management.

- Monitor market activities and guide the team on trading opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, Exchange regulations, and internal policies.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and skill development programs.

- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Compliance, and Product teams for seamless execution.

- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

- Prepare MIS reports and provide insights on team performance.
