We are looking to hire a Dealer (primarily Equity) to join our investment team .The ideal candidate can be a someone with up to 2 years of experience in financial markets. A strong learning attitude, willingness to take ownership, and ability to work in a dynamic environment are key traits we value. The selected candidate will be trained and mentored by experienced fund managers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Equity Dealing & Trade Execution:

- Execute equity trades as per instructions from the Fund Manager.

- Ensure timely and accurate execution of trades with brokers.

- Monitor market movements, flows, and trends to support trading decisions.

Maintain real-time communication with brokers for updates on:

- Block deals

- Bulk trades

- Corporate actions

- Research reports

- Investor conferences and market intelligence

2. Debt Market Support:

- Assist the Fund Manager in debt market operations as needed.

- Support in executing trades in government securities, corporate bonds, and money market instruments.

3. MIS & Reporting:

- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for internal and regulatory purposes.

- Present trade summaries, market insights, and portfolio updates to stakeholders.

- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to compliance and audit teams.

4. Compliance & Documentation:

- Ensure all trades are compliant with regulatory guidelines (PFRDA, SEBI, etc.).

- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all executed trades.

- Coordinate with operations and compliance teams for settlement and reporting.

Required Skills:

- Strong understanding of capital markets, especially equity markets.

- Proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables, charts, and formulas) and PowerPoint.

- Basic knowledge of trading platforms and market data terminals (Bloomberg, Reuters, etc.) is a plus.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with brokers, fund managers, and internal teams.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related fields.

- NISM certifications (especially Equity Derivatives or Investment Advisor) will be an added advantage.

- Internships or prior exposure to trading desks or investment teams is desirable.
