Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Equity Dealer to manage and grow our portfolio of international clients. The ideal candidate must hold an NISM Series VIII certification, have a sound understanding of the equity markets, and demonstrate the ability to drive AUM growth while maintaining excellent client relationships and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage relationships with international clients to meet and exceed targeted active AUM
- Identify client needs, understand their risk profiles, and offer customized investment recommendations
- Monitor and update clients on market trends, stock calls, portfolio performance, and rebalancing opportunities
- Achieve healthy revenue targets while maintaining client profitability and long-term relationship focus
- Proactively mine existing relationships for cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Conduct regular client meetings and ensure timely documentation and updates in CRM systems
- Disseminate investment ideas and stock recommendations effectively across client base
- Engage in new client acquisition and build deep, long-term relationships with HNIs and international investors
- Sell third-party financial products (e.g., mutual funds, PMS, bonds) as part of wealth solutions
- Stay updated on global market developments, financial news, and economic events impacting equity markets
- Attend post-result concalls, analyst meets, and earnings calls to enhance market intelligence and improve advisory quality
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and investment products
- Mandatory: NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) Certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially for engaging with international clients
- High attention to detail and compliance-driven approach
