Equity Capital Markets - Execution

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Execution team.

Experience Required:

- Candidates should have 4+ years of prior experience in the Equity Capital Markets (ECM) / Merchant Banking division, with exposure to valuation-related services.

Key Exposure & Skill Set:

- IPOs, Rights Issues, QIPs, Open Offers, Buybacks, Delisting

- Restructuring analysis and examination of financial statements

- Business, regulatory, transaction, and ESOP valuations

- Valuation of goodwill and other intangible assets

Role & Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage end-to-end ECM and merchant banking engagements

- Data gathering, research, and detailed financial analysis

- Preparation and coordination of pitch decks and regulatory presentations

- Transaction execution and financial due diligence

- Supporting various merchant banking and capital market activities

Qualifications & Requirements:

- 4+ years of experience within the core ECM & Valuation group of a leading Merchant Bank

- Master's degree in Finance - CA / CFA / MBA (Finance)

- Dual certifications preferred

- Strong understanding of SEBI, Income Tax, and FEMA regulations

- Excellent quantitative, written, presentation, and communication skills

- Strong problem-solving ability with the ability to deliver within tight timelines
