Looking for Instututional Equity Research Analyst with one of the Financial Service Client, Mumbai based.

A leading institutional broking and capital markets platform is looking to hire a Lead Analyst to own sell-side equity research coverage for Sugar, Seeds, and Fertiliser sectors.

The role involves full sector ownership, idea generation, team leadership, and direct engagement with institutional investors while ensuring strict regulatory and internal research compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end institutional equity research coverage for Sugar, Seeds, and Fertilizer sectors

- Generate high-conviction stock ideas, initiations, and thematic research reports

- Build, review, and sign off on detailed financial and valuation models

- Drive sector strategy, research agenda, and analyst team ideation

- Track policy developments, commodity cycles, and sector-specific dynamics

- Engage with institutional investors and senior company managements

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 3 to 12 years of sell-side institutional equity research experience

- Strong, hands-on coverage experience in Specialty Chemicals, Sugar, Seeds, or Fertilisers

- CA or MBA (Finance) qualification

- Proven independent coverage with voting responsibility

- Strong financial modelling, research writing, and presentation skills

- Willingness to work onsite from Mumbai
