Equitas Small Finance Bank - Techno-Functional Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Techno-Functional Project Manager - PMO professional to drive structured delivery and governance of technology initiatives. The role sits between business and technology teams and requires enough technical understanding to follow system dependencies, releases and delivery risks while also managing plans, milestones, governance forums, documentation and stakeholder communication. The incumbent will maintain project schedules, RAID logs, status reports and decision trackers, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure that scope, timelines and dependencies are actively managed. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across SDLC and agile delivery environments and should bring strong execution discipline to complex enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain project plans, milestones, deliverables, dependencies and governance trackers.

- Coordinate business, technology, QA, infrastructure, security and vendor stakeholders to drive execution.

- Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, status reports, meeting governance and escalation mechanisms.

- Support requirement-to-release traceability and ensure delivery artifacts are complete and current.

- Prepare management dashboards and provide concise visibility into progress, risks, blockers and decisions.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5 - 8 years of project management - PMO experience in technology programs.

- Strong techno-functional understanding with the ability to work across business and IT teams.

- Experience with project planning, RAID management, status reporting and stakeholder coordination.

- Good understanding of SDLC, agile delivery and release governance.

- Strong communication, documentation, follow-up and problem-solving skills.

Preferred - Added Advantage:

- Banking - financial-services technology project exposure.

- Relevant project-management certification or experience with standard PMO tools.
